Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG in London is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead for Technology, Data & Innovation to set recruitment strategy and partner with senior technology leaders across UKI. You will lead UKI Recruitment, drive market mapping and candidate assessment while ensuring compliant, data-driven, high-quality solutions.

You will lead, mentor and develop the team, collaborate with RPO partners, and promote responsible use of AI tools to enhance productivity and hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive full-lifecycle technology recruitment experience in Financial Services or technology.
• Experience managing recruiters and sourcers; ability to scale and adapt to priorities.
• Strong capability in market mapping, capacity planning and funnel analytics.
• Exposure to complex compensation structures and search firm terms.
• Discretion, professionalism and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UKI Technology Recruitment team and translate hiring plans into actions.
• Act as senior TA adviser to stakeholders, HR and Reward; manage escalations.
• Oversee capacity, performance and delivery with RPO partners.
• Shape agile hiring and location strategies using market insights.
• Define KPIs, analyze trends, and drive continuous process improvement.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess leadership and technical fit.
• Ensure governance, data privacy and regulatory requirements are embedded.
• Support employer branding, inclusion, and recruitment process optimisation.
