Job summary

Ardent is building a new East of England Land Services team, led from Cambridge, with an Associate role focusing on land, utilities and regional projects. You will direct day-to-day delivery, mentor colleagues, and help shape the region's growth while coordinating with Cambridge and London offices.

The role offers exposure to major rail, utilities and regeneration schemes, with a clear path to senior leadership for high-potential individuals who can drive programmes and win work.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering land services on infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of land acquisition, rights and easements.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships with landowners and authorities.
• Chartered status is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to lead workstreams and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage land, property and utility workstreams on major projects.
• Lead regional projects across solar, wind, transport and utilities.
• Develop networks across Cambridge and London offices.
• Contribute to bids and growth targets.
• Mentor junior hires as the team grows.
