Ardent is hiring a Surveyor to support land access and acquisition across major infrastructure projects in the East of England. Based in Cambridge with hybrid working, you will engage landowners, clients and multidisciplinary teams to drive cases forward from intake to resolution.
You will handle access agreements, licences, wayleaves and easements while conducting land referencing and title review. Strong organisational skills and energy sector exposure are advantageous.

We are looking for a delivery-focused Surveyor with experience across land, property or infrastructure casework.
You will ideally have:
Rural practitioners and candidates with transferable land experience from sectors such as telecoms are also encouraged to apply.
