Ardent is seeking an experienced Surveyor to join its East of England team in Cambridge. You will deliver land acquisition and access work across major infrastructure projects, managing landowner engagement and driving case progression.
You will collaborate with land, legal, engineering and consenting professionals, handling access agreements, licences, wayleaves and easements while building strong stakeholder relations and delivering outcomes for complex schemes.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Ardent at an important stage of its regional growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering complex land acquisition and access matters across major infrastructure projects throughout the East of England.
You will work closely with landowners, clients and multidisciplinary project teams, taking ownership of cases and helping to drive projects forward.

We are looking for a delivery-focused Surveyor with experience across land, property or infrastructure casework.
You will ideally have:
Rural practitioners and candidates with transferable land experience from sectors such as telecoms are also encouraged to apply. Most importantly, you will have the ambition to progress and a genuine interest in helping to build and shape a growing regional team.
