WHATS THE MISSION FOR THIS ROLE
We're looking for a VIP IT Support Analyst to deliver exceptional, white-glove support to our most senior leaders. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our executives have a seamless, dependable, and tailored technology experience - in the office, at home, and on the move. Your work will directly support the productivity and decision-making of those at the very top of the organisation, making this a position of significant trust and influence.
WHAT DOES THIS ROLE DO?
As a VIP IT Support Analyst, you will:
- Provide proactive, high-quality technical support to executives and VIP users - both remotely and in person.
- Maintain and support executive hardware, software, mobile devices, and AV equipment.
- Manage and troubleshoot high-stakes meetings, presentations, and video conferences.
- Act as a trusted partner, understanding individual preferences and workflows to deliver a seamless tech experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Travel occasionally to support users at multiple sites or private residences.
WHAT DO I BRING TO THE ROLE?
As our VIP Support Analyst you will have:
- A strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, Microsoft 365, and device management tools (Autopilot, Intune).
- Solid troubleshooting skills across networks, AV systems (e.g., Yealink), and endpoint security platforms.
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders in high-trust environments.
- Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and discretion.
- A customer-focused, proactive mindset and ability to work independently.
- A valid driving licence and flexibility to travel as needed.
