PJT Partners in London is seeking an Associate for the Strategic Advisory Infrastructure team. The role focuses on M&A, capital raising and financing for infrastructure assets across energy, transport, digital and social sectors.

You will work on lean deal teams with partners and MDs, contributing to execution and business development from day one. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in investment banking with infrastructure experience, strong financial modelling skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of investment banking experience focusing on M&A.
• Experience advising infrastructure funds or corporates on buy-side/sell-side transactions.
• Strong ability to build and review complex infrastructure financial models.
• Fluency in English; additional European language a plus.

Responsabilités

• Run day-to-day execution of transactions in infrastructure deals.
• Build, review and own detailed infrastructure operating and financial models.
• Lead the business plan and valuation workstreams, identifying value drivers and risks.
• Prepare pitch books, client presentations, information memoranda and management presentations.
• Assist clients in strategic options: acquisitions, disposals, partnerships, minority stake sales.
• Contribute to business development with sector research and benchmarking.
• Supervise and train Analysts and Interns; set modelling and materials standards.
