Responsibilities

• Develop financial models and risk analysis for greenfield and brownfield infrastructure projects across geographies.
• Assist in due diligence to assess credit risks and mitigants.
• Draft financing proposals, investor materials, road show marketing materials and pitch books.
• Coordinate across client coverage, product partners and internal stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Engage with clients and advisers to develop financing solutions.
• Prepare, review and negotiate financing documentation for senior project finance advisors.
• Conduct industry and company research to identify new opportunities.
