Job summary

Moelis & Company in London is building a dedicated Infrastructure investment banking team and seeks an Associate and/or Vice President to join the platform. This role targets a high-performing banker with prior M&A or infrastructure experience and strong analytical and execution capabilities.

You will execute advisory and financing transactions, build complex financial models, and develop client relationships across corporates and infrastructure funds as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum 3 years of relevant experience in investment banking (M&A or infrastructure-related).
• Experience at an infrastructure fund, advisory house, or infrastructure-focused principal team is preferred.
• Direct sector experience across core infrastructure is preferred — transport, social, power and regulated utilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed quantitative and qualitative financial analysis, including valuation work and project finance analyses.
• Develop and maintain complex three-statement operating models and project finance models.
• Support preparation of CIMs, management presentations, teasers, and investment committee materials.
• Conduct market research to support target screens and sector trends.
• Assist senior team members across all aspects of transaction execution and client liaison.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporates, infrastructure funds, sovereign wealth funds and other investors.
