Job summary

Edgworth Partners Ltd. is seeking a Senior Associate/VP for its Infrastructure M&A team in London. The role involves leading and advising on infrastructure transactions across acquisitions, disposals and mergers, with direct exposure to financial sponsors, investors and corporate clients.

You will develop complex financial models, valuations and deal materials, manage due diligence, and coordinate multiple workstreams while building senior relationships and mentoring junior members of the team.

We are partnered with a leading global investment banking platform who are looking to hire a Senior Associate/Vice President into their Infrastructure M&A team in London.

The successful candidate will play a key role in advising on and executing M&A transactions across the infrastructure sector, working with leading financial sponsors, infrastructure investors and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute infrastructure M&A transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, mergers and strategic advisory mandates.
• Develop and review complex financial models, valuation analyses and transaction materials.
• Manage due diligence processes, coordinate advisers and oversee transaction workstreams.
• Prepare client presentations, investment committee materials and marketing documentation.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors and other key stakeholders.
• Support business development initiatives, including identifying new opportunities and contributing to client pitches.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of the wider team.

Key Requirements

• Relevant M&A experience gained within investment banking or a leading financial advisory platform.
• Strong understanding of the infrastructure sector and its key subsectors.
