Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; minimum 3 years of experience in infrastructure / power & utilities investment banking (utilities, power, infrastructure, renewables or clean energy).
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; background in finance/accounting is required.
• Resume must be in PDF format.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and structure financial and strategic alternatives, including mergers, acquisitions, asset sales and divestitures.
• Lead day‑to‑day execution of transactions: due diligence, valuation analysis, and contract negotiations; coordinate materials with senior management.
• Analyze financial data and market developments relevant to PJT Partners’ business.
• Research targeted industries for investment purposes and assess risks in prospective opportunities.
• Develop quantitative models to assess economic performance of target companies.
• Prepare analyses and evaluations for PJT Partners’ management and client review.
• Participate in client meetings and due diligence sessions; assist in negotiation of contracts and agreements.
