PJT Partners in London seeks an Associate for its Infrastructure team to run day-to-day transaction execution, build and review complex infrastructure models, and lead valuation workstreams. You will work directly with Partners and MDs on large-cap and mid-market opportunities, with access to the broader PJT platform for continuation vehicles and fund-level engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree; 3–5 years investment banking experience with M&A in infrastructure
• Strong hands-on experience building and reviewing infrastructure operating and financial models
• Experience on IPOs, continuation vehicles and financing transactions is a plus
• Fluency in English; additional European languages a plus; resume PDF required

Responsabilités

• Run the day-to-day execution of transactions
• Build, review and own detailed infrastructure operating and financial models
• Lead the business plan and valuation workstreams, identify value and risk drivers
• Prepare and take ownership of deliverables, from pitch books and client presentations to information memoranda and management presentations
• Assist clients assess their strategic options: acquisitions, disposals, partnerships, minority stake sales, IPOs, continuation vehicles and financings
• Play an active role with clients and counterparties
• Contribute to business development alongside Partners and MDs incl. sector research, peer benchmarking, pitch preparation and day-to-day coverage of infrastructure funds and corporates
• Supervise, coach and train Analysts and Interns, review their work, and set the standard on modelling and materials
