Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Infrastructure Specialist to provide technical leadership across our workplace technology environment, supporting the design, delivery, security and optimization of enterprise infrastructure solutions.

You will design, implement and support enterprise infrastructure, lead improvements and roadmaps, and manage relationships with vendors while ensuring performance and security across the workplace estate.

Qualifications

• Senior infrastructure, support or architecture role.
• Strong expertise across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Teams and Endpoint Management.
• Experience with workplace technologies, collaboration platforms and unified communications.
• Experience operating within ITIL service management environments.
