Job summary

Gravitas Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a hands-on Senior Infrastructure Engineer to own and improve our global infrastructure. You will work closely with teams across trading, operations, risk and compliance to ensure robust systems and resilience.

You will run day-to-day operations on Azure, M365, Entra ID/AD, Intune, Windows Server and VMware, while also taking the lead on upgrades, migrations and security controls.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Azure, M365, Entra ID/AD, Intune, Windows Server and VMware.
• Strong networking skills across routing, switching, firewalls and VPNs.
• Storage, backup and DR experience.
• Experience in senior infrastructure roles (Senior/Lead).
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

A specialist investment firm is looking for a hands‑on Senior Infrastructure Engineer to look after and improve its global infrastructure. You’ll work closely with teams across the business, from trading and operations to risk and compliance.

What you’ll do

• Run and support day‑to‑day infrastructure across Azure, M365, networking, servers, storage and end‑user computing
• Be the escalation point for complex incidents

What you’ll need

• Strong hands‑on experience with Azure, M365, Entra ID/AD, Intune, Windows Server and VMware

• A background as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, Specialist or Lead
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical people
