Job summary

Netcalibre Ltd is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager in coordinating and delivering multiple customer-facing infrastructure projects. Full training will be provided, with prior experience considered an asset.

You’ll be the initial customer contact on live projects, ensuring smooth communications, timely updates, and strong organisation of documentation and progress tracking. This role offers hybrid working in London and clear development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organised with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Confident, friendly customer-facing manner.
• Ability to multitask across multiple projects.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• UK-based with right to work in the UK; able to commute to City of London 2-3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer multiple concurrent projects.
• Support Project Managers with day-to-day project delivery activities.
• Act as primary customer contact for live projects, managing communications, updates and queries.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records in Halo PSA.
• Monitor progress, identify risks or slippage, and report project status.
• Follow up on actions, decisions and tasks to keep projects on track.
• Assist with project planning and scheduling, with potential to manage plans independently over time.
