Job summary

Interface Recruitment seeks an IT Project Coordinator in West Yorkshire to support the IT Project Manager in planning and delivering a large portfolio of IT projects. You will focus on end-to-end IT delivery, coordinating contractors and ensuring projects stay on plan and within budget to support growth from 4m to 7m customers.

Ideally you will have Prince2 or similar certification and experience in delivering infrastructure or networking projects within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing IT projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of End-to-End Project Lifecycle.
• Ability to manage small works delivery and coordinate with contractors.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of IT projects across infrastructure, networking and data.
• Gather requirements, estimate, plan and manage contractors/3rd party suppliers to deliver per plan and budget.
• Maintain project plans via PMO tools and ensure sign-off criteria at each stage.
• Assist with project related testing (ST/SIT/UAT/Regression) when required.
• Ensure smooth transition to live and maintain project methodology integrity.
