Job summary

United Infrastructure is seeking a proactive Planner to support day-to-day planning, appointments and client liaison. You will maintain accurate admin records, log jobs, and coordinate surveys to ensure timely delivery of projects across the UK infrastructure sector.

Responsibilities include daily communication with clients, updating Total Mobile data, and generating resident letters. The role requires MS Office proficiency and a commitment to equality and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

Relevant Admin qualification or proven experience.
Experience within a similar role.
Experience in a fast-moving environment delivering a high quality service.
Experience in a customer-facing environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Awareness and understanding of equality issues.

Responsibilities

As a Planner, manage appointments, visits and completions to meet deadlines and timescales.
Liaise with the client and wider team and inform relevant parties of updates.
Conduct daily email and telephone contact; handle admin and customer liaison for the project.
Ensure Total Mobile data is up to date to enable accurate reporting.
Log new jobs, arrange validation surveys and post-inspection surveys.
Allocate job codes to Site Managers for validation and post-inspection surveys.
Respond to client queries regarding property access.
Generate letters to residents at various workflow points.
Monitor shared inbox for action items and assist Disrepairs team with PO requests and client meetings.
