Job summary

United Infrastructure is seeking a proactive Planner to join our team. You will prepare, review and monitor appointments, visits and completions to ensure deadlines and timescales are met, while liaising with the client and wider team to keep everyone informed of updates.

Daily contact will be via email and telephone. 2+ years of relevant administration experience is preferred, with knowledge of Microsoft Project and similar software.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant administration experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project and other similar software programs.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Understanding of building regulations preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and monitor appointments, visits and completions to meet deadlines.
• Liaise with the client and wider team; inform relevant parties of updates.
