Job summary

DeterTech Holdings Limited is seeking an experienced Infrastructure & Network Support Engineer to join the IT team in the UK. The role focuses on managing on-premises and cloud infrastructure, network services and end-user support, while maintaining secure, reliable and well-documented systems.

Responsibilities include 2nd/3rd line support, server administration, cloud services (Azure), and collaboration with the Cyber Security & IT Lead to ensure availability and resilience.

Qualifications

Experience in IT infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, networking, servers and end-user support.
Comfortable taking ownership of technical issues and working independently.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Windows Server environments.
Monitor server availability, performance and capacity.
Investigate and resolve server-related faults and service issues.
Support virtualised environments and associated infrastructure.
Maintain file servers, shared resources and access permissions.
Perform routine server maintenance and patching.
Monitor infrastructure health and investigate issues.
Assist with infrastructure upgrades, migrations and improvements.
Maintain infrastructure documentation.
