Job summary

DeterTech Holdings Limited is seeking an experienced Infrastructure & Network Support Engineer to join the IT team in the UK. The role focuses on maintaining on-premises and cloud infrastructure, networks, backups and security, while providing escalation support for complex issues.

You will work with the Cyber Security/IT Lead and wider IT team to ensure secure, reliable and well-documented systems, with a proactive approach to problem resolution and security considerations.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows environments.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.
• Ability to investigate and resolve server and infrastructure issues.
• Experience providing second-line or higher IT support.
• Clear documentation of troubleshooting steps and resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide second and third-line IT support across the business.
• Monitor and maintain Windows Server environments.
• Manage on-premises and cloud infrastructure and backups.
• Support network and cloud infrastructure, including VPNs and VLANs.
• Document infrastructure changes and operational procedures.
