Job summary

T-Tech, based in Manchester, is seeking an IT Field Engineer to join our Service Desk and support a key client. You will handle 2nd line incidents, troubleshoot complex IT problems, and collaborate with the client's IT team to deliver timely resolutions.

The role requires solid 2nd line experience, strong knowledge of networks, servers and software, plus excellent communication skills. We offer a learning environment and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• 2nd line support experience in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide 2nd line support and own incidents from start to finish.
• Troubleshoot complex IT issues escalated from 1st line.
• Liaise with client IT teams to ensure effective resolution.
• Document incidents, solutions and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and processes.
