Job summary

Kier Group in Ipswich is looking for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our Infrastructure team on the Sizewell C project. You'll assist in managing contractual and financial aspects of major infrastructure work and gain hands-on experience with mentorship from experienced professionals.

Starting Sept 2027 on a permanent, full-time 2-year programme, with a starting salary of £31,000 and a potential £4,750 car allowance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or currently working towards one.
• Graduate in 2027 or within the past three years.
• Full driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and managing project budgets, cost plans, and cost estimates.
• Support measurement and valuation of on-site works.
• Help prepare and submit tenders and contract documents.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality.
• Collaborate with the project team to prepare progress reports and financial statements.
