Adria Solutions Ltd is recruiting an Infrastructure Engineer in Manchester to join a growing managed services team. The role covers monitoring, incident management, backup validation, patching support, and admin across Azure and on-premises environments.

You will work in a hybrid setup, handling on-call duties, contributing to runbooks, and improving documentation while developing cloud and virtualization expertise in a modern enterprise setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage infrastructure alerts across cloud and on‑premise environments

A leading technology services organisation is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join its growing managed services team. You'll play a key role in monitoring, incident management, backup validation, patching support, and infrastructure administration across both Azure and on-premise platforms.

The Role

• Monitor and manage infrastructure alerts across cloud and on-premise environments

What We're Looking For

• Good experience in infrastructure support, ideally within a managed services environment
• Experience using monitoring tools and ITSM platforms
• Good Windows Server administration and troubleshooting skills
• Exposure to VMware vSphere and Microsoft Azure environments
• Understanding of backup technologies and operational support processes
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Knowledge of ITIL-based service management practices
