Cabot Credit Management is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to deliver and support robust technology services across our UK operations, with focus on infrastructure support, system administration and project delivery. Qualifications

Experience delivering and supporting robust, secure, and scalable technology services.
Strong background in IT infrastructure, system administration, and project delivery.
Familiarity with ITIL processes, SOX/PCI-DSS audits, and compliance controls.
Proven ability to provide 3rd line support and technical leadership.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Ensure high availability, reliability, and security across infrastructure and service delivery.
Lead vulnerability management, patching, and preventative maintenance.
Provide technical leadership and 3rd line support for complex incidents.
Review and contribute to infrastructure design and project delivery.
Support governance, audits, and IT control frameworks.
Manage incidents, problems, and changes within ITIL processes.
Plan and test disaster recovery to ensure business continuity.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise systems for performance and integrity.
Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
Integrate security best practices into lifecycle decisions.
