Job summary

AECOM is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer with a highways and drainage focus to join our busy Development Infrastructure Team. The role offers hybrid working options and opportunities across a range of infrastructure projects.

You will lead civil engineering design, support planning and construction, and collaborate with regulators, clients, and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver sustainable schemes across the UK.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering degree (BEng/MEng) or equivalent.
• Experience delivering highways and drainage design for residential and wider infrastructure schemes.
• Proficient with industry software including InfoDrainage, AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical designs and digital delivery of civil engineering projects.
• Prepare and review survey specifications for utilities and topographical surveys.
• Check and coordinate studies, assessments, and designs for drainage, highways and utilities.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies and stakeholders to secure approvals.
