The University of Oxford's Digital and Information Services invites applications for Delivery Manager (Infrastructure) to drive the delivery of infrastructure initiatives, with a focus on the Microsoft 365 platform, across a federated IT environment.

You will lead agile delivery, plan and prioritise work, manage risks and dependencies, and build trusted relationships with teams and stakeholders to ensure secure, reliable services that meet user needs.

Qualifications

• Experienced Delivery Manager or Agile PM delivering technology and digital infrastructure initiatives.
• Ability to balance priorities, plan and break down work, and manage risks and dependencies.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and coaching skills within complex organisations.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies, Azure DevOps and federated IT environments.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate people, resources and technology to maximise investment in Microsoft technologies.
• Plan, break down requirements into deliverables and maintain a clear delivery board.
• Navigate priorities, dependencies and capacity to sustain delivery flow.
• Coach teams, support continuous improvement and manage risks/budgets.
• Build relationships across the University to ensure secure, user‑centred services.
