Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Director to join our Infrastructure Cost Management team in London. You will provide leadership and direction, embedding the values of Turner & Townsend to deliver strategic outcomes and strong performance.

The role requires setting team strategy, mentoring colleagues and acting as a brand ambassador. You will balance stakeholder interests while maintaining integrity, and you will contribute to the pipeline of opportunities across the business.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying as minimum educational requirement.
• MRICS/FRICS preferred for professional accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the Infrastructure Cost Management team in London.
• Set clear strategy and ambition for the team, fostering inclusivity and leveraging diverse perspectives.
• Identify, coach and mentor talent to realise potential and celebrate success.
• Act as a brand ambassador and create a pipeline of opportunities for Turner & Townsend.
• Ensure the highest integrity and balance between people, clients, shareholders and society.
