Job summary

Turner & Townsend is recruiting an Associate Director/Senior Cost Manager to lead cost management on a high-profile London infrastructure project. You will act as the primary client interface, directing end-to-end procurement, cost planning and post-contract cost reporting.

The role requires MRICS (preferred), NEC3 experience (Option C – Target Cost), and a track record of leading large programmes and teams in infrastructure sectors.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification preferred.
• Experience with NEC3 contracts, especially Option C – Target Cost.
• Post contract administration experience.
• Experience delivering major programmes and infrastructure projects.
• Experience leading and managing teams on large commissions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cost management services for large infrastructure commissions.
• Act as day-to-day client interface ensuring objectives are met with value-added cost management.
• Conduct feasibility studies and write procurement reports.
• Apply value management at project outset with specialist team.
• Manage estimating, cost planning, and final cost presentation to client.
• Oversee procurement processes and post-contract cost control and reporting.
• Lead cost management teams and develop new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Directors to bid for new work.
