Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking Cost Managers/Cost Consultants to join our UK Infrastructure team. You will work on a variety of client-led and Turner & Townsend projects, delivering cost management, governance and value engineering across programmes.

You will administer contracts, monitor and forecast costs, manage cash flow and support stakeholder decision-making. The role requires strong communication and leadership skills, with experience in NEC3 and infrastructure procurement.

Qualifications

• Strong cost management and contract administration experience on infrastructure projects.
• Experience with NEC3 or similar contract forms preferred.
• Ability to forecast, monitor costs and manage change on complex programmes.
• Experience in procurement, estimation, pricing and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client, colleague and stakeholder relationships across projects.
• Administer a range of contracts in line with objectives and policies.
• Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to completion within budget.
• Proactively monitor cost variance, cash flow and timely applications for payments.
• Collaborate with client and contractor teams to deliver KPIs, value engineering and governance.
• Lead change management and ensure adherence to governance and best practices.
• Drive forecast accuracy and budget improvements across projects.
• Provide sound commercial knowledge and support to stakeholders.
• Lead and manage project teams and commissions as required.
