Job summary

Turner & Townsend in London is seeking a Project Director to lead delivery of high-value infrastructure programmes across public and private sectors. You will shape strategy, manage multi-disciplinary teams and own performance against safety and budget targets.

Based in our London office with hybrid working, you will mentor future project managers, cultivate client relationships and drive sustainable, innovative solutions across projects from conception to delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple disciplines on high value infrastructure projects.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with procurement and NEC/other contract forms.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery on lifecycle stages across diverse infrastructure projects.
• Set strategy, drive performance, and manage health, safety and wellbeing of teams.
• Mentor and develop future project managers and foster client relationships.

Education

Degree level qualification in management / construction / infrastructure related subject

Professional affiliation with APM or ICE

Project management certification (APM / PRINCE2 / MSP / MoP / ChPP)

NEC Accreditation / qualifications

CSCS or equivalent

Sustainability knowledge

Safety qualifications / accreditations

Soft skills / leadership certification
