Field Compliance Supervisor
Telent is looking for three Field Compliance Supervisors to join the Network Services Infrastructure team. These roles focus on the OSA (Openreach Services Agreement) framework contract, primarily in London’s Inner M25 region. Candidates must hold a full UK driving license and be based in or able to travel within this area. Attendance at Telent offices may be required.
The supervisors will oversee deliverables within their designated areas, ensuring compliance with project plans, managing onsite resources, and addressing real-time issues to meet KPIs and SLAs. They will support subcontractor teams, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance standards are met, and conduct audits as per internal and external regulations.
Responsibilities include supporting contract delivery, developing compliance policies, ensuring daily presence of the right teams, prioritizing safety, maintaining quality standards, managing local access issues, attending joint site meetings, responding to urgent safety issues, and training operatives.
Ideal candidates will have experience supervising civils, pole, or cable gangs in telecoms or similar sectors, with key certifications like NRSWA Supervisor Level and SA001A. They should also possess a clean UK driving license, understanding of environmental legislation, and be willing to obtain IOSH Managing Safely certification within three months. Over-time commitment may be required.
