Field Compliance Supervisor
Telent is looking for three Field Compliance Supervisors to join the Network Services Infrastructure team. This role involves working on the OSA (Openreach Services Agreement) framework contract, mainly in London within the Inner M25 region. Candidates must hold a full UK driving license and be based in or able to travel within this area. Attendance at Telent offices may be required.
The supervisor will manage OSA framework deliverables, ensuring they are completed as planned, including resource confirmations, issue resolution, and program management. Responsibilities include overseeing safety, compliance, and quality standards across subcontractors and suppliers, supporting program delivery, and conducting audits and inspections.
The role includes supporting field teams, ensuring safety and quality standards, resolving access issues, attending site meetings, and managing escalations. The supervisor will also assist in training staff, ensuring safety compliance, and collaborating with stakeholders to facilitate work execution.
You are experienced in overseeing civils, pole, or cable gangs, preferably in telecoms or similar industries. You are confident managing field operations, ensuring safety, quality, and environmental standards, and possess key certifications such as NRSWA Supervisor Level and SA001A. You are proactive in problem-solving and capable of working collaboratively with various stakeholders.
