Field Compliance Supervisor

Telent is looking for three Field Compliance Supervisors to join the Network Services Infrastructure team. This role involves working on the Openreach Services Agreement (OSA) framework contract, primarily in London and the Inner M25 region. You must hold a full UK driving license and be able to travel within this area. Attendance at Telent offices may be required.

The Supervisor will oversee the delivery of OSA framework commitments, ensuring resources are on-site, resolving issues in real-time, and managing programed works to meet KPIs and SLAs. You will support subcontractors and ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards are maintained, including conducting audits and inspections.

You will act as a customer ambassador in the field, facilitating work programming and resolving access issues. Your responsibilities include supporting delivery, developing compliance policies, monitoring work quality, building relationships with suppliers and authorities, resolving access issues, attending site meetings, responding to safety concerns, and training operatives.

Ideal candidates will have experience supervising civils, pole, or cable gangs in telecoms or similar industries, with certifications like NRSWA Supervisor Level and SA001A. A clean UK driving license, understanding of environmental legislation, and relevant safety accreditation are required. IOSH Managing Safely certification should be obtained within three months of employment. Overtime commitment may be necessary.
