Job Description:

Field Compliance Supervisor

Telent is looking for three Field Compliance Supervisors to join the Network Services Infrastructure team. This role involves working on the OSA (Openreach Services Agreement) framework contract, primarily in London and the Inner M25 region. Candidates must hold a full UK driving license and be based in or able to travel within this area. Attendance at Telent offices may be required.

The supervisor will oversee the delivery of OSA framework commitments, ensuring resource confirmations, managing issues in real-time, and flagging potential jeopardies. Responsibilities include managing on-site work, meeting KPIs and SLAs, supporting subcontractors, ensuring safety and compliance standards, and acting as a customer ambassador in the field.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting contractual delivery
• Developing and implementing compliance policies
• Ensuring daily presence of required gangs and work attendance
• Prioritizing safety and proper documentation
• Monitoring quality and compliance with standards
• Building relationships with suppliers and authorities
• Managing access issues and permissions
• Attending joint site meetings
• Responding to safety issues and conducting audits
• Overseeing site setup and safety standards
• Training and onboarding operatives
• Resolving escalated issues with suppliers

Candidate profile:

Experience supervising civils, poling, or cable gangs in telecoms or similar industries. Confident in managing field operations and ensuring safety, quality, and environmental standards. Certifications like NRSWA Supervisor Level and SA001A are required. A full UK driving license and understanding of environmental legislation are necessary. IOSH Managing Safely certification is required within three months of employment. Over-time commitment may be necessary.
