Job Description: Field Compliance Supervisor
Telent is looking for three Field Compliance Supervisors to join the Network Services Infrastructure team. This role involves working on the Openreach Services Agreement (OSA) framework contract, primarily in London and the Inner M25 region. Candidates must hold a full UK driving license and be based in or able to travel within this region. Attendance at Telent offices may be required.
The Supervisor will oversee the delivery of OSA framework commitments in their designated area, ensuring timely completion by Telent and its subcontractors. Responsibilities include resource confirmation, real-time issue resolution, and risk management. They will monitor all on-site work to meet KPIs and SLAs.
The role also involves supporting subcontracted gangs to meet safety, compliance, and quality standards, and conducting audits as per industry regulations. The Supervisor acts as a Telent ambassador in the field, facilitating work scheduling and resolving access issues.
Ideal candidates will have experience supervising civils, pole, or cable gangs in telecoms or similar industries. Key certifications include NRSWA Supervisor Level and SA001A. Knowledge of cabling, environmental legislation, and survey assessments is essential. A full UK driving license is required, and IOSH Managing Safely certification should be obtained within three months of employment.
