1. Assist and gain increasing oversight with the management of live transactions
2. Drive the team's production of marketing presentations, Information Memoranda, and other transaction documentation
3. Begin to take a lead role in developing strategic ideas for clients
4. Provide support to senior professionals with the development and maintaining of client relationships and new business
