Base pay range

My client, a PE-backed Green Energy Company, is looking for a Finance Systems Lead role focused on an ERP implementation. The role is based in Central London, operating a hybrid model.

I'm looking for candidates with full-cycle system implementation experience. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, and/or a professional accounting qualification would be beneficial but is not essential.

The role reports directly to the Group Finance Director and will cover 4 key areas:

1. Solution Design: Contributing to system design, challenging current processes, and ensuring optimal functionality.
2. Training & Data Integrity: Leading user training initiatives and aligning data inputs with business objectives.
3. Project Management: Overseeing system upgrades, bolt-on integrations (e.g., TMS), and regression testing.
4. Continuous Improvement: Driving enhancements across financial processes, controls, data quality, automation, and strategic reporting; utilising new systems, analytics, SQL, AI, and related technologies.

Discretionary Bonus: Uncapped (typically 40%; higher for exceptional performers)

WFH Policy: 3 days in office, 2 from home.
