A well-established and renowned sector-agnostic M&A advisor is seeking an experienced M&A analyst.

You will have accrued credible investment banking training, built up live transactional experience, possess outstanding education, and be seeking a new environment. This firm offers an excellent opportunity to work with high-caliber (and often retained) clients and to gain greater client and senior-level exposure.

• Key involvement in the origination and execution of Corporate Finance transactions across multiple sectors
• Participation in the preparation of presentations for clients and regular interaction with them
• Active role in the execution of mandates
• Attendance at meetings

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications

• M&A experience gained within a credible investment bank or boutique, potentially from a sector team, specialist M&A group, or country team
• Strong financial analysis skills and the ability to think commercially
• Experience in preparing presentation materials and advanced financial modelling skills
• Outstanding academic credentials
• Enjoy working in a team and possess excellent written and spoken communication skills
