Job Title: Assistant Credit Controller – Fixed Term Contract

Location: West London

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively chase arrears and escalate long-standing debts to third-party agencies.
• Execute pre-legal debt processes and ensure compliance with payment terms.
• Assist with generating rent demands and monthly Direct Debit runs.
• Raise and follow up on invoices for corporate clients.
• Update and maintain accurate resident data within Salesforce.
• Collaborate with leasing and finance teams to resolve payment queries.
• Support with general finance admin tasks and ensure data accuracy.
• Proven experience in Credit Control and Accounts Receivable.
• Background in debt recovery or possession cases.
• Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with Salesforce and/or Access Dimensions.
• Experience within property, real estate, or build-to-rent environments.
