Role Summary

You will either be an ambitious Associate or already a VP and keen to begin transitioning into a more Origination led role.

Key focus will be to support in the origination and execution of M&A, growth equity, and financial sponsor transactions across a large range of digital infrastructure verticals, focusing largely on data centres, fibre, and towers. Competence in financial modelling, execution, and valuation are important requirements.

Specific activities and responsibilities include:

1. Assist in targeting and closing new deal opportunities
2. Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations for prospective clients
3. Assist and lead M&A deals end-to-end, including sell- and buy-sides, growth equity, and financial sponsor transactions
4. Review outputs of junior team members
5. Train and coach junior team members
6. Maintain client and key stakeholder relationships
7. Be the key contact point on transactions and deal origination, taking ultimate responsibility for materials and leading client calls
8. Build own network and relationships with relevant industry participants

Knowledge and Experience

• Solid Associate/VP level experience in M&A Investment Banking

• Prior transaction experience across digital infrastructure or TMT transactions

• Entrepreneurial mindset with knowledge of telecoms or digital infrastructure, demonstrated through past work experiences, academic background, or other extracurricular activities
