Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an Infrastructure Analyst to support and develop a complex multi-site IT environment across cloud, virtualization, servers and networking. You will balance hands-on technical support with involvement in infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Strong VMware administration experience.
• 3rd line level support experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Entra ID.
• Knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file services experience.
• Solid networking and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work across operational support and project environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop multi-site infrastructure.
• Support project delivery and infrastructure improvements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across cloud, virtualization, servers, and networking.
• Produce technical documentation and contribute to roadmaps.
• Support business continuity, disaster recovery, and high availability.
