A leading IT Solutions provider in Manchester seeks an Infrastructure Engineer to support multi-site environments and resolve escalated technical issues. Ideal candidates will have strong expertise in Networking, Storage, and VMWare, with a drive to learn new technologies including Cloud. Qualifications

• Strong technical Infrastructure background in VMWare, Networking, and Storage.
• Must have some exposure to multiple specified technologies.
• Strong customer service ethos and ability to resolve queries within SLA.

Responsibilities

• Support of multi-site technical environments including LAN, WAN.
• Take ownership of escalated issues as 3rd line support.
• Resolution of configuration and deployment issues.
