Qualifications

• Strong VMware administration experience.
• 3rd line level support experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Entra ID.

• Solid networking and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work across operational support and project environments.

You will be responsible for maintaining critical IT services, supporting project delivery, troubleshooting technical issues, and contributing to infrastructure improvements across cloud, virtualisation, server, and network technologies.

• Supporting enterprise infrastructure services across multiple locations
• Delivering infrastructure solutions for business and IT projects
• Managing and optimising Windows Server and VMware environments
• Supporting Azure cloud services and Entra ID
• Maintaining Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file services
• Monitoring infrastructure performance and resolving technical issues

• Producing technical documentation and contributing to technology roadmaps

Profile

• Strong VMware administration experience
