Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client for a remote-based Product Services Administrator.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient customer service and back-office support to ensure smooth daily operations related to the platform and mobile app.
  • Collaborate with the Product Team, Clients, and Users to ensure platform functionality and efficiency.
  • Support Clients and Users, resolve issues and requests, manage permissions and setup.
  • Represent Platform Users within the business, conduct training and demos.
  • Act as the primary link between the platform and users, troubleshoot app issues, onboard new users.
  • Address queries from Clients and Internal staff, provide feedback to improve user experience.
  • Coordinate with colleagues for platform improvements, assist Sales Team, perform platform testing.
  • Maintain up-to-date user guides, set up new staff, configure Question Sets and Badges as needed.
  • Support colleagues, Clients, and Users via ticketing platforms, handle Resolution Centre Tasks and Reports, validate platform offerings.
