Service Delivery Manager

Location: Liverpool (hybrid)

Salary: Up to £60k

Our award-winning client is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join their forward-thinking business. This role is ideal for an ambitious and enthusiastic individual who can help advance the company. The position carries significant responsibility and a broad remit.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and mentoring Support and Project/Pre-Sales staff, ensuring accountability for service delivery standards and adherence to processes
  • Improving service delivery systems to increase efficiency and reduce costs, while maintaining or enhancing client satisfaction
  • Managing Incident, Request, Change, and Escalation processes with high performance and accurate reporting
  • Communicating with clients, managing expectations, and resolving escalated issues to ensure client satisfaction
  • Maintaining team motivation and engagement to support low staff turnover
  • Experience in an MSP environment is preferred

As part of the senior leadership team, this role reports to and collaborates with the Ops Director, contributing to the overall business strategy. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, take ownership, and possess excellent communication skills, with a proven track record in delivering successful IT support and projects in the private sector. A full, clean driving license is required.
