McFall Recruitment is partnering with a leading financial services client to find a Service Delivery Manager who will play a key role in safeguarding the health, stability, and performance of their technology estate.

This is a high-impact role owning the full service lifecycle — from proactive monitoring and incident response to audit readiness, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement.

️ What You’ll Be Doing You'll be hands-on across:

• Incident management, system reliability, and SLAs
• Performance monitoring and service optimisation
• Cross-functional collaboration with infrastructure, change, and risk
• IT audits, patching, certificate management, and contracts
• Delivering IT projects that align with business strategy

Who We’re Looking For An experienced Service Delivery, SRE, or Incident Management professional who thrives under pressure, brings data-driven thinking, and is passionate about continuous improvement. Experience in financial services or regulated environments is a strong plus.

Bonus points for:

• ITIL v4 (or equivalent)
• Prince2, SAFe, AgilePM certifications
