Job summary

RED Global is growing its Life Sciences team in London, seeking a 180 Delivery Consultant to help place SAP and technology talent across Pharma, Biotech and MedTech.

You’ll source candidates, build relationships, understand their goals and match them to live vacancies, while collaborating with sales consultants. We provide full training and a clear path to progression, plus a Shoreditch office and a hybrid 3/2 schedule.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recruitment or sales experience.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
• Strong communication and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Searching for great candidates using LinkedIn, our database and other tools.
• Picking up the phone and building relationships with candidates.

RED Global is a global SAP & technology recruitment business with 25+ years of experience. We work with some of the biggest companies in the world, helping them find the people they need across SAP and technology.

We’re now growing our Life Sciences team in London, working across Pharma, Biotech and MedTech and we’re looking for a 180 Delivery Consultant to join the team.

If you’ve got 1+ year of recruitment or sales experience, are competitive, enjoy speaking to people and want to build a career where your hard work is rewarded, this could be for you!

So what will you actually be doing?

You’ll be the person finding the talent our clients need.

That means spending your day speaking and listening to people, building relationships and finding the right candidates for roles across SAP and technology.

You’ll be:

• Searching for great candidates using LinkedIn, our database and other tools
• Picking up the phone and building relationships with candidates
• Understanding what candidates want from their next move
• Matching people to the right roles and clients
• Working closely with our sales consultants to fill live vacancies
• Building your own candidate network and market knowledge
• Managing candidates through the recruitment process
• Working towards targets and of course, celebrating the wins

You don't need to know recruitment inside out.

If you’ve got 1+ year of recruitment experience or sales experience, we can teach you the rest.
