Job summary

RED Global is growing its Life Sciences team in London, seeking a 180 Delivery Consultant to help place SAP and technology talent across Pharma, Biotech and MedTech.

You’ll source candidates, build relationships, understand their goals and match them to live vacancies, while collaborating with sales consultants. We provide full training and a clear path to progression, plus a Shoreditch office and a hybrid 3/2 schedule.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recruitment or sales experience.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
• Strong communication and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Searching for great candidates using LinkedIn, our database and other tools.
• Picking up the phone and building relationships with candidates.
• Understanding what candidates want from their next move.
• Matching people to the right roles and clients.
• Working closely with our sales consultants to fill live vacancies.
• Building your own candidate network and market knowledge.
• Managing candidates through the recruitment process.
• Working towards targets and celebrating the wins.
