Job summary

Planet Pharma is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to cover London with a hybrid working pattern. You will deliver high quality candidates for permanent and interim roles across the Life Sciences sector.

Senior Recruitment Consultant: London/Hybrid

Planet Pharma is a global staffing business within the Life Sciences world, with teams and offices based across the UK, Europe, APAC and the US we continue to partner with first class candidates and clients across the globe.

We have big plans and are currently looking to onboard talented Recruiters people into our high performing Team covering EMEA & Rest of World.

Role Summary

Within this role you will be responsible for the delivery of candidates to a number of high profile clients, working on permanent and contract roles with some of the best clients across the region.

We see Recruitment and Business Development as two distinct skill sets and if you divide the two you can be more effective. Looking at our yearly growth figures, we are probably right! Our delivery-focused recruitment team works hand-in-hand with our sales team to deliver a seamless and effective process. While our sales team builds strong client relationships, understands hiring requirements, and brings in new reqs, our delivery team focuses on identifying, engaging, and securing the best talent in the market.

Primary Responsibilities:

• As a Senior Recruiter, your main responsibility will be to find high quality candidates for permanent and interim assignments.
• Full cycle recruitment responsibilities; Source, Interview, Negotiate, Benefit Education/Administration, On-boarding and Maintenance
• Utilize job boards, networking, direct recruitment, social media and other advanced recruitment methodologies to identify talented permanent and consulting candidates
• Utilize resume and applicant tracking software to identify, track and retrieve resumes and candidates
• Build long-lasting quality relationships with industry professionals

We are looking for someone with:

• Previous experience as a Recruiter working within life sciences, pharmaceutical, medical devices or a similar fast-paced and regulated industry
