Technology Assurance Analyst

As part of the Controls Assurance team, you will conduct reviews of critical business processes and key technology projects, assessing risk areas to provide insights for business improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead assessments of tech platforms, applications, and infrastructure within a trading environment
• Collaborate with developers and engineers to understand the technical landscape and apply a risk-focused approach
• Perform risk evaluations and assurance work in engineering functions
• Use creative testing strategies to generate data-driven insights
• Incorporate data at all review stages from planning to reporting
• Present risk findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Strong academic background, ideally 2:1 or above in Computer Science or related field
• Understanding of modern software development methods like Agile, DevOps, CI/CD
• Experience in risk, audit, or assurance roles within financial services
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, mission-critical environments
• Proficiency with datasets and problem-solving skills
