Job summary
The Education Facilities team supports and manages the Trust's education and learning spaces for staff, students, and trainees. The team manages rooms, provides audiovisual support for meetings, and sets up equipment for various training sessions. They are the first point of contact for all users.
We have education learning spaces across the main hospital sites, including classrooms, clinical & simulation training areas, and lecture theatres.
We manage three major hospitals in North Tyneside, Wansbeck, and Cramlington, along with smaller community hospitals and clinics from Tynemouth to Berwick on Tweed, covering a large geographical area. We are leading in innovation and quality, exemplified by the opening of the Northumbria Specialist Emergency Care Hospital, the first of its kind in England.
